REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Refunds

A restock fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned. We will refund the balance after deducting double shipping charges after receiving the goods

If the goods are lost for your reasons, you will bear 50% of the value of the goods.

Damage

If you think your product arrived damaged, you have to report to us within 24-48 hours so that we will discuss how to deal with it.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Due to the high cost of transportation, we do not recommend that you take the service of exchange. The cost of the exchange will be borne by you.

Returns

We do not accept requests for returns without any reasonable and justifiable reasons.

Cancellation

Within 24 hours of your payment, you have a chance to cancel the order, but any transaction costs incurred as a result of the cancellation will be borne by you.
