Cosmetics are sensitive products, and some contain liquids, which are prohibited in air transportation. 

In order to solve the problem of retailer wholesale delivery, we use the postal parcel to ship by default, and the order may be divided into multiple 2kg parcels. It's Free Shipping with tracking info.

  1. Cosmetics are sensitive products, and some contain liquids, which are prohibited in air transportation. We are not sure if a logistics company can ship to your country. Therefore, we need you to select the products you want to wholesale and place the order according to the simulated shipping costs, but please do not pay for the time being.
  2. Then when we find the right logistics company and confirm the postage, we can contact you to modify the shipping cost before you can pay.
  3. Finally, we will generally ship the products to your hand within 10 business days after receiving the funds. The time of receipt of the goods depends on each logistics company.

Tip: Because the wholesale is a commercial transport service, it is different from the postal parcel. The time will be much faster than the postal parcel. Some countries may require you to have customs clearance capabilities. And it is very likely that you need to pay taxes.




Processing Time

Processing time is different from shipping time. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for processing. This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Processing time is not the same as the delivery time. Excludes holidays/ weekends.

Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).  We may require proof of identification for the billing information received. 


It is best to create a customer profile to keep track of your order.

If you do not live in a secure location please be wise to tell us. 

  • We are not responsible for incorrect address entered by you as the customer.
  • A restocking fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned. We will refund the balance after deducting double shipping charges after receiving the goods

 Taxes and Duties

Your order may be subject to customs or import duties which are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Legally these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. 

Customs duty is charged as a percentage of the total value of the goods. The duty rate percentage depends on the country the package is being sent to, but on average is between 5% and 9%. We are afraid we have no control over the charges which is why we cannot include them in the cost of the item, or within the postage costs.

If you return the goods due to the refusal to pay the customs duty, we will refund the balance after deducting double shipping charges after receiving the goods.
